How many people can we have in the Vehicle?

Our vehicles can seat up to 5 people and sleep as many as they can seat.

Where are you located?

We are located in the heart of Anchorage, Alaska.

Do you offer insurance?

Yes. We offer insurance as well as roadside assistance through Outdoorsy.

How much does it cost?

Our prices vary depending on which vehicle you choose and the season. Contact us or hop over to our reservation page if you would like a detailed quote.

Do you charge by the mile?

The first 150 miles per day are free and every mile after that is 25c per mile. For example, with a five-day rental, you would have 750 miles worth of exploring without any additional charge!

Do you charge a deposit on reservations?

Yes. We charge a 30% deposit on your anticipated cost to confirm your reservation. Half of this deposit is non-refundable. 30 days before your adventure begins, the full deposit is non-refundable. If you feel that you may have to cancel last minute, we recommend purchasing external travel insurance.

Do you have cancellation fees?

Full refunds are given 31 days or more prior to reservation start date. 50% refunded 31-14 days prior to reservation start date. No refunds 14-0 days prior to reservation start date. No refunds are given for early returns.

What if I return the vehicle early?

That’s just fine! Please be aware that we cannot do refunds or partial refunds for early returns.

What if I return the vehicle late?

If you need to extend your adventure, please contact us as early as possible so we can make that happen! If you return the vehicle late without contacting us, or make this change in the middle of your reservation, you will forfeit your security deposit and may incur additional daily charges.

Do you allow pets?

We can’t allow pets at this time, for the health and safety of your fellow adventurers.

Can we take the vehicles off-roading?

To help preserve the natural wonder of Alaska, we do not allow our vehicles off the beaten path. All of our vehicles are GPS tracked, and off-roading will result in the loss of your security deposit. We ask that you please respect our backyard.

Can we take the vehicles into Canada?

Yes, as long as prior arrangements are made. Contact us for more details.

What if we get stuck?

We recommend purchasing our available roadside assistance and insurance packages to avoid headaches in these situations.

How old do I need to be to drive?

That all depends on your insurance. The insurance we partner with will not insure a driver under the age of 25.
